This program isn't about following someone else's rules. It's about understanding your body deeply enough to create your own sustainable path. That's what makes it different.

I'm brand new to Ayurveda. Will I be lost?

Not at all! We designed this membership for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. You'll start with foundational workshops that explain everything clearly, take a dosha quiz to understand your dosha imbalance, and receive tips to personalize membership components for your dosha imbalance. No prior Ayurveda knowledge is required.

Do I need to be on a specific diet to join?

Absolutely not. We don't promote restrictive diets, or any diet, for that matter. Instead, we teach you how to nourish your unique body with whole foods, seasonal eating, and practices that support digestion and vitality. Whether you eat meat, are plant-based, have food sensitivities, or are anywhere in between, this approach adapts to you.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

As much or as little as your life allows! Some members dive in deeply (2-3 hours/week), others just attend the monthly live call and implement one small practice. The library is always there when you need it. There's no "falling behind."

What if I can't make the live monthly calls?

You'll receive a comprehensive PDF handout summarizing the key teachings, ideas for action steps, and resources discussed. While we don't record for privacy reasons, the handout ensures you don't miss the value.

Can I access everything on my phone?

Yes! The membership platforms (LearnWorlds and Mealgarden) are mobile-friendly, so you can watch workshops, download recipes, and engage in the community from any device.

What if I need more personalized support?

We offer 1:1 sessions at 20% off for members (Dosha assessments, Ayurvedic consultations, sessions or programs and health coaching sessions or programs). These are optional add-ons if you want deeper, individualized support beyond the membership setting.
